Blackberry and hibiscus cocktail

Make this cocktail with blackberry, white rum and our sizzling hibiscus flower soda to experience guayusa leaves in a different way!

Ingredients

2 oz white rum

2 oz fresh blackberry juice

1 hibiscus & guayusa Wá soda

Hibiscus flowers and blackberries to garnish

Ice

Method

  1. Prepare your fresh blackberry juice by blending with a bit of water fresh berries and then sieving them to obtain 2 oz of juice.

  2. Fill half a Collins glass with ice and add a couple of blackberries and hibiscus flowers.

  3. Add the white rum, the blackberry juice and top the glass with hibiscus and guayusa Wá soda. Stir the cocktail and enjoy!
